About Us.

Derived from Sanskrit, Nir, meaning limitless, unbounded, or free from constraints. It symbolises clarity, flow, and expansion. The essence of moving beyond what is fixed to create something greater

NIR Growth is a boutique revenue architecture consultancy for B2B SaaS companies scaling from £1M to £10M ARR.

  • Agencies execute campaigns. We build growth strategy. Most agencies focus on one channel (paid ads, SEO, content) and measure success by activity metrics. We look at your entire go-to-market system, positioning, pricing, ICP clarity, conversion architecture, unit economics, expansion plans and fix the strategic gaps that actually move revenue. We're not here to run your LinkedIn ads. We are here to make sure you are not not burning cash on the wrong customer and expanding into wrong markets.

  • Yes and no. In the 120-Day Sprint, we co-design and implement the solution with your team through weekly working sessions and embedded support. In the Retainer, we design the strategy and framework, then work with your team on execution with monthly deep dives and on-call advisory. We are your co-delivery team. We are strategic architects who ensure you build the internal capability to maintain what we design.

  • Success is whether your revenue infrastructure can scale without breaking. We measure this through three lenses: constraint resolution (did we fix the bottleneck limiting your growth?), capital efficiency (can you scale revenue without proportionally scaling burn?), and model durability (will this architecture hold at 2x, 5x, 10x your current ARR?).

  • We analyse all five levers and benchmark each against your segment standards. Then we calculate the quantified impact of fixing vs. ignoring each constraint. The biggest bottleneck gets priority. There's no point optimising your funnel if your unit economics can't support the CAC, or expanding to new markets if your pricing model doesn't work in your current one.

  • No. Every engagement starts with the Audit. It's our mutual diligence process. You see how we think, we see if there's genuine strategic value we can add. Only after the audit do we discuss Sprint or Retainer, and only if the fit is right. The 12-month retainer minimum exists for a reason. Revenue architecture takes time to build, but we never push clients into it.

  • The Audit delivers insights in 2-3 weeks. You'll immediately understand what's broken and why. The 120-Day Sprint delivers measurable improvement on one constraint within 4 months. The Retainer is a longer play: expect 6-9 months before you see systemic improvements across multiple levers.
Revenue architecture isn't a quick fix. We are building infrastructure that compounds over years.
